Mr. Carvajal has over 10 years experience in corporate consultancy, particularly takeover bids, M&A, company restructurings, joint ventures and quotations on the stock exchange. He has advised national and international groups on transactions in the energy, financial and industrial sectors. He collaborates in various masters, by delivering courses on mergers and acquisitions and the securities market, and was a lecturer on private international law at UNED for over five years. Mr. Carvajal is the author and co-author of articles in specialized journals and collective publications.
