The law journal 'The Lawyer' acknowledged Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira as the second best law firm on the Iberian Peninsula at its European Awards ceremony last night. This is the first edition of these awards, where the law journal acknowledges the work of the best law firms in continental Europe.

Top management of some of Europe’s leading companies and law firms attended the ceremony held last night at the Hotel Arts Barcelona. The guest of honour was Sir Christopher Meyer, the former British ambassador to the United States.

The judging panel, comprising managing directors of large companies and lawyers from Britain’s leading law firms, assessed the nominees on their strategic vision, strong partnership ethos, strong financial performance and growth, consistent excellence in their chosen sectors, and excellent talent management.
