Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira strengthened its Corporate Practice Area in Barcelona by hiring Landwell PwC partner, Javier Fontcuberta Llanes. Mr. Foncuberta was co-head of the firm’s Corporate Department in Barcelona and worldwide head of its ‘Legal M&A network’. He is also the Secretary of the Board of Directors of La Seda.

He specializes in M&A and contract law and has extensive experience in the automobile and pipeline industry sectors.
