Our lawyers also provide defense in processes related to derecho penal en blanco (criminal law that defines a penalty for a criminal offense, which, in turn, is defined in another law) and particularly relating to administrative offenses resulting from breaching regulations that protect natural resources, the environment, or flora and fauna, or which involve historic heritage or town planning.

Working with the litigation practice, our Environmental Team offers preventive legal counseling for situations requiring authorizations for dumping wastewater, industrial waste management, atmospheric emissions and contaminated soil.
