In an increasingly complex setting where factors such as market internationalization, competition and technological innovation condition the lifecycle of organizations, situations frequently take place in the corporate setting that call for restructuring. 

The participation of the professionals in the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira Labor division will provide a strategic approach and our experience in the negotiation, planning and execution of any program for re-dimensioning the workforce including, among others: restructuring and reorganization, “downsizing”, reengineering, partial or total closings that involve collective dismissals, redundancy plans; as well as early retirements, income systems and repositioning in collective dismissals, including the design of the social plan associated with the redundancy plan.
