Martí Adroer is an expert in advising large Spanish business groups (consolidated tax regime) and multinational companies (Spanish or foreign parent company and its subsidiaries), and in planning processes related to the restructuring and sales of business groups. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of estate tax planning and corporate and shareholding advice, he helps family businesses to optimize tax benefits.

He is President of the UIA's Tax Commission (International Association of Lawyers) since 2019, a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the Catalan Association of Economists and the Registry of Economists and Tax Consultants.

He regularly publishes articles in journals and the specialized press, and participates in different seminars and conferences on tax matters.
