Our team

The Firm has various measures to advance and promote gender balance and, in general, a greater balance between professional and personal life, an expectation shared by everyone working in our firm, regardless of their gender.

While remaining fully responsible when dealing with clients and professional matters, Cuatrecasas promotes a greater balance between the professional and personal lives of everyone, by bringing closer the various generational expectations and values coexisting in the firm. The firm encourages efficiency and responsibility when managing work and provides advanced technological resources to allow remote working.

The Code of Ethics approved in 2008 is a system of self-regulation in the Firm, placing priority on respecting the dignity of all persons, loyalty and the protection of the personal qualities of everyone, and on respecting private life, forbidding any kind of abuse and harassment. Internal complaints, investigation and resolution procedures have been established. In 2009, a working group was set up to analyze the situation in accordance with the parameters imposed by the Spanish Equality Act. This benefitted from the participation of lawyers and support staff to draft a proposal for an equality plan, the approval and implementation of which is a specific objective of Cuatrecasas’s Corporate Social Responsibility Agenda.
