Adolfo Ruigómez

Mr. Ruigómez has ample experience in administrative law, providing advice and litigation services, particularly regarding public contracts, public services and the organization of public administration, punitive law and constitutional guarantees.

Mr. Ruigómez is a counsel for the state in Cantabria and secretary of the board of directors of the Santander Port Authority.

He lectures on the Master in Business at the Universidad de Deusto and lectures at the university’s School of Legal Practice. 

He has also lectured at the School of Legal Practice of the Vizcaya Bar Association, on the degree in law at the Universidad de Deusto and at the Escuela Vasca de Estudios Territoriales y Urbanos.

He has given talks at seminars, conferences and courses on public law, and is co-author of several collective works.
