Alejandro Escoda

He joined the law firm Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira in 1986 and was appointed partner in 1996. He is extensively experienced in international mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, international reorganizations, designing holding and financial structures for international groups and planning multinational assets.

He has participated in and spoken at various seminars on international tax and has written several articles on this topic.

He is former Co-Chair of the Tax Section at the International Bar Association (IBA). He is also member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the International Fiscal Association (IFA) and the European-American Tax Institute (E-ATI).
