Mr. Santacana has ample experience in downsizing and collective bargaining, and in advising executives, large Spanish business groups and multinational groups.
He has participated in complex downsizing processes and has extensive experience in labor proceedings.
An expert in labor law, he worked as an in-house labor lawyer in the human resources department of La Caixa, and has given several talks at courses specializing in labor matters.
