Ana Mª Gamazo

Ms. Gamazo has extensive experience advising both Spanish and international clients on securities-market transactions, corporate finance and restructuring processes , mergers and acquisitions, and particularly flotations on the stock exchange, take-over bids, subscriptions and sales of securities, and issues of ordinary and convertible bonds. She advises regulated entities, such as investment services companies, collective investment institutions and venture capital entities, and listed entities. In 2004, she worked as a foreign associate in Herbert Smith's London office.

Ms. Gamazo lectures on the law of securities markets in the Master in Corporate Finance and Law at the Higher School of Business Administration or "ESADE," and also participates in specialized courses at the Barcelona Bar Association.

She publishes articles in specialized journals, such as the "World Securities Law Report", and is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
