Andoni Hernández

He has extensive experience in advising national and international companies, designing and carrying out investment and disinvestment transactions (for example, acquisitions, joint ventures, partner agreements, and project finance), restructuring companies, and defending partners and shareholders.

While in New York, he advised foreign companies in Spain and Spanish companies abroad on making investments in many sectors of international business activity: energy, real estate, hotels, insurance, industry and finance.

He has acted in some of Spain's most important transactions in recent years, and has participated in several leveraged transactions and leveraged buyouts (LBOs), including management buyouts (MBOs), management buyins (MBIs) and buy-in management buyouts (BIMBOs), advising foreign venture-capital funds on developing, financing, buying and selling turn-key projects.
