In recent years, he has mainly advised on the acquisition of companies, capital markets (particularly public offerings and takeovers), and the structuring of private equity transactions. He has advised on transactions regarding all financial sectors (particularly banking and financial intermediation services), as well as the private equity, media and telecommunications, automobile, and food and beverages sectors.

Recently he was involved in the restructuring and acquisition of companies in the industrial sector.
