Antoni-Jesús Pérez de Gregorio

Mr. Pérez has ample experience in commercial litigation, particularly in civil liability and the real estate sector, and in arbitration.

He also has extensive experience in proceedings involving economic and business-related criminal law, environmental liability, and criminal liability arising from work-related accidents.

Mr. Pérez lectures on the Master d'Estudis Immobiliaris at the Universitat de Girona, and speaks regularly on courses and training seminars on procedural practice and civil liability organized by associations such as Gremi de Promotors i Constructors de Girona and Escola Sert de la Demarcació de Girona del Colegi d'Arquitectes de Catalunya.

He regularly writes articles and publications in Secció Economia i Empresa of the regional newspaper Diari de Girona.
