Antonio Gil

He specializes in the taxation of companies in the real estate and construction sectors. He is extensively experienced in corporate taxation, reorganizations and acquisitions of real estate groups, and personal taxes related to these transactions.

He lectures on the Masters in Town Planning and Real Estate Management at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and on the Masters in Taxation at Universitat Internacional de Catalunya. He is a regular speaker at forums analyzing the tax aspects of the real estate sector, and cooperates with the Asociación de Promotores Constructores de Edificios de Barcelona (Barcelona Association of Property Developers and Builders - APCE) on tax issues.

He is the author of the chapter on taxation of leased property in Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos - 1994 - Análisis y comentarios (Urban Lease Act - Analysis and comments) (Ed. Ciss), and oversaw the writing of Comentarios al Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Físicas e Impuesto sobre la Renta de No Residentes (Comments on personal income tax and non-residents income tax) (Ed. Aranzadi).

He is member of the Barcelona Bar Association.
