Mr. Puig has ample experience in mergers and acquisitions, and large family businesses. He specializes in personal tax structures of large taxpayers.

He lectures on tax in various masters, speaks regularly at seminars and conferences, and is the author of numerous articles and publications on his specialty.

He is a member of the Barcelona Institute of Economists, the Barcelona Bar Association and the International Fiscal Association.
