Carlos Onandia

He has ample experience in advising on the taxation of companies, individuals, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, the transfer of companies and corporate restructuring. He also advises multinational groups and professional limited liability companies, and participates in tax inspection proceedings.

He participates in seminars on the taxation of corporate acquisitions at IDEC (Universitat Pompeu Fabra), and gives talks on inheritance and gift tax at the IESE Business School.

He is member of the Barcelona Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA) and the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
