Carlos Sánchez

Mr. Sánchez has extensive experience in managing proceedings in civil and commercial courts of all levels.

He specializes in defending corporate property rights, particular ly regarding industrial property (e.g., patents, trademarks, and designs) and real estate assets, handling contracts and negotiations, and legal proceedings. He has also participated in many proceedings involving unfair competition and matters related to private property law.

Mr. Sanchez has lectured on civil law at the Universidad de Valencia, and has written a several articles published in the press and specialized legal journals. He has also lectured at various forums on areas such as debt recovery and default.
