Ms. de Pascual has extensive experience in the taxation of infrastructure and service projects, and in identifying the tax implications and the best ways for companies to establish themselves abroad (Brazil, EU countries, Maghreb, Mexico, the Middle East, India, and the USA), and the implications of transferring human resources to foreign countries. She is a member of the firm's group specializing in advising on transfer pricing and of its international committees that coordinate advice on projects in Brazil, India and Morocco.
