César Martínez

Mr. Martínez has extensive experience in advising companies on labor matters on an ongoing basis, as well as handling pre-litigation negotiations arising from labor disputes and legal proceedings in the industrial tribunals and judicial review courts.

He has handled many restructurings of companies and groups of companies, and labor force adjustment plans in Spain, some of which were under the framework of the most important and complex restructuring processes in recent times.

Mr. Martínez is the author of one of the two articles on the firm’s important cases mentioned in Anuario laboral para Abogados; Los casos más relevantes en 2009 de los grandes despachos (Labor yearbook for lawyers; The big law firms’ most important cases of 2009), published in the 2010 yearbook of the publishing house LA LEY.

He is also the co-author of the journal entitled Aproximación del proceso laboral (An approximation of labor proceedings) (in the 2009 and 2010 labor guides of the Biblioteca Empresarial collection published by Cinco Días).

He is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association since 1990.
