Ms. Maurice has been of counsel in the litigation practice of the Paris office since May 17, 2010. She specializes in commercial law and intellectual property.
After practicing in the Paris-based law firms Wenner (January 1988–November 1991) and Berlioz (November 1991–May 1993), she worked in the intellectual property and litigation practices of UGGC & Associés, also in Paris (May 1993–March 2010). Mainly specializing in intellectual property, art law, contracts and liability, she also has ample experience in commercial litigation.
She has lectured on courses in mediation, and has also lectured on art law, particularly on selling works of art (warranties and liability) and transferring works of art through inheritance.
She is a member of the Association des practiciens du droit des marques et de modèles (APRAM).
