She has advised several national and foreign companies on corporate and commercial matters, and regularly monitors transactions and drafts contracts in different areas of business, particularly concession and commercial distribution agreements, the acquisitions and sales of companies, and real estate transactions.

In recent years, she has also advised national and international aviation companies, and has provided legal assistance regarding leases and purchases in the transport, construction and entertainment sectors. She has also worked with public invitations to tender, advising both in the pre-contract stage and during the performance of contracts.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1984.
