The main projects on which he has advised in recent years include mergers and acquisitions in the transport, infrastructures and energy sectors, as well as private equity transactions, particularly MBOs, MBIs and buy-and-build transactions. 

He has been involved in project finance since it became popular in Portugal, having participated in several project finance transactions in areas such as road concessions, renewable energies, waters and telecommunications.

Member of the Portuguese Bar Association since 1992.

Member of the International Bar Association.

Published several articles in the Corporate and Project Finance fields.

Lecturer at national and international conferences.
