Domingo Arizmendi

Mr. Arizmendi specializes in labor law.

Mr. Arizmendi lectures on labor law in a masters program at the Universidad País Vasco (UPV) and in the Master in Labor Relations at Adegi/UPV.

He lectures on various areas of labor law at the Asociación para el Progreso de la Dirección (Association for Progress in Management), the Institute for International Research, and the chambers of commerce of Guipúzcoa, Bayonne, and Toulouse. He is the author of the monograph Aspectos Laborales en la transmision de la empresa (Labor Aspects of the Transfer of Companies), Universidad de Deusto.

He is a senior member of the Guipúzcoa Bar Association, a member of the General Council of Spanish Advocates, and chair of the Basque Council of Advocates.

He is also a member of the Permanent Committee of Arbitration of the Guipúzcoa Chamber and of the Observatorio para el Acoso Moral group dealing with workplace harassment in the Basque Country. He belongs to the Madrid and San Sebastian bar associations.
