Eduardo Caruz

Mr. Caruz specializes in public law and has ample experience in town planning, contracts, and judicial reviews. He has advised on drafting town-planning schemes, and on incorporating and operating collaborating town-planning entities. He also advises public administrations and private entities regarding contracts. 

In addition to being an associate lecturer of administrative law at the Universidad de Sevilla, Mr. Caruz teaches at the Andalusian Institute of Public Administrations, and lectures in several expert courses and masters at universities and associations such as the Universidad de Sevilla, the International University of Andalusia, the Institute of Business Practice (Instituto de Práctica Empresarial), Instituto Cajasol, the Andalusian Confederation of Companies, and FIDAS. 

Mr. Caruz has performed research at universities and schools abroad (programs covered by the grants offered by the Ministry of Education for research staff, between 1998 and 2001): the Public Law Department of the University of Florence; the Real Colegio Complutense of Harvard and Harvard Law School, Boston, Massachusetts, USA; and the École du Louvre, Paris, France.

He is the coauthor of two legal monographs and many doctrinal articles.
