Ms. Cuatrecasas has ample experience in all types of national and international corporate transactions: mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venture-capital transactions, leveraged buyouts (LBOs), management buyouts (MBOs), management buyins (MBIs), and group restructurings. She advises on all types of corporate and commercial contracts, and worked in the United Kingdom for two years.

She also specializes in the pharmacy, health products and biotechnology sector (life sciences), advising clients on transactional and contractual matters.

Ms. Cuatrecasas is the author of several articles in specialized journals and collective works. She is also the secretary of the boards of directors of several companies.
