Ms. de Nadal has extensive experience in commercial litigation, particularly in national and international arbitration. Her practice focuses on institutional arbitration cases before local arbitration boards and international arbitration boards such as the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), The Cairo Regional Center, as well on as ad hoc arbitrations.
She specializes in corporate lawsuits, disputes arising over acquisitions (M&A), and disputes in the areas of competition law, commercial distribution agreements, and entertainment and sport.
Her time spent in the firm's EU and competition law practice, and its corporate practice, is an excellent base for her litigation practice. She has participated in multijurisdictional legal teams in international disputes.
Ms. de Nadal lectures on arbitration in the LL.M. in Dispute Resolution at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra - IDEC, and lectures regularly on the courses in arbitration organized by the Barcelona Bar Association.
She is a founding member of the Spanish Association to Promote Arbitration (headquarters in Barcelona) and a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club.
