Ms. Azaola specializes in taxation in the Basque Country and in tax planning for large corporate groups. She has extensive experience in the reorganization of businesses, including merger and acquisition transactions; in tax consultancy; and in the restructuring of family businesses and assets, including inheritance issues.

She also specializes in real estate taxation, and has ample experience advising developers and construction companies.
