Emilio Coco

Mr. Coco has been a partner of the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira corporate practice since 1989.

He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and capital markets, and has designed and advised on initial public offerings and takeover bids. He advises national and international companies, particularly listed companies, on an ongoing basis, and has participated in many M&A transactions. He also has ample experience in advising clients on corporate-finance transactions, project finance, and acquisition financing (leveraged buyouts, management buyouts and management buyins).
