Enric Picanyol

Mr. Picanyol has extensive experience in corporate transactions, particularly in acquisitions, special financing and international arbitration, mainly handling complex international transactions.

He was co-managing partner of the Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira London office, as well as managing partner of the New York office. Mr. Picanyol has advised on some of the most important transactions on the Iberian Peninsula, and has wide experience in the energy and other regulated sectors, as well as in financial sectors and in private equity investments.
