Enrique Sánchez-Quiñones

Mr. Sánchez-Quiñones has solid experience in litigation involving intellectual property rights, particularly disputes over industrial property rights (industrial designs, patents, trademarks, and trade names). Given his experience, he has extensive knowledge of forgeries and imitations, having participated in many police seizures, and is an expert on applying community regulations to block goods at customs.

As an industrial property agent, he has substantial knowledge of the processes for registering industrial property rights with the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office and the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market.

Mr. Sánchez-Quiñones acts as arbitrator in disputes on ".es" domain names.

He also speaks regularly at various forums, and lectures on industrial and intellectual property at various conferences and business schools, such as the Escuela de Organización Industrial and Instituto de Estudios Bursátiles.

He has written several articles on industrial and intellectual property, and new technologies.
