Mr. Flores has extensive experience in town planning law. He advises clients on town planning, management and regulation; and related jurisdictional issues.

He also has ample experience in advising property owners and companies undertaking large urban development projects, designing and supervising them from the start and participating in their development and management. He has participated in several of the most important urban development projects in Spain in recent years.

He also regularly advises Spanish and international business groups and investment funds on the town planning aspects of buying, selling, and financing all types of property, such as shopping malls, office and industrial buildings, and hotel complexes.
