Esther Virgili

Ms. Virgili specializes in inspection proceedings and in defending resident and non-resident companies and individuals in disputes over all types of tax and before all levels of the courts (the economic and administrative tribunals, the high courts of justice and the lower courts, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Justice).

She has ample experience in providing pre-litigation and strategic advice, and regularly handles litigation affairs arising from Spanish and multinational business groups’ restructuring transactions, as well as advising sports professionals and the holders of large estates on tax litigation matters.
