Esther de Félix
Ms. de Félix specializes in agency, distribution, and franchise; claims derived from company sales; unfair competition; and damages claims derived from competition infringements.
She has extensive experience in legal and arbitration proceedings in the civil and commercial courts, having led proceedings before the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce, the Madrid Court of Arbitration of the Official Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid, and the Arbitration Board of Barcelona, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.
Ms. de Félix lectures on distribution and damages claims derived from unfair competition in the Master in Legal Practice.
She also speaks regularly at conferences and seminars (IIR, private banks, chambers of commerce, export and investment clubs, and other forums).
She is the author of articles in specialized journals such as Economist & Jurist, Grupo Difusión; Revista de Derecho de la competencia y la distribución (Journal on competition and distribution law), La Ley; and Anuario Contencioso (Litigation Yearbook), La Ley, Wolters Kluwers.
Ms. de Félix is a member of the Spanish Arbitration Club-40.
