Fedra Valencia

Ms. Valencia has participated in many debt-restructuring transactions (in and out of court), bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring agreements, and incidental proceedings arising from these. She has experience in advising debtors and creditors.

Ms. Valencia lectures on the Master in Business Law at the Fundación Carolina - Universidad Francisco de Vitoria), on the Master in Managing Construction and Real Estate Companies at the Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura – Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, and on the Master in Business Insolvency at the Universidad CEU San Pablo, as well lecturing on bankruptcy law at the Institute of Stock Exchange Studies.

She speaks regularly on her areas of specialty at conferences and seminars, and collaborates regularly as an expert in the Open Forum of the Boletín de Mercantil, published by El Derecho.

She is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the International Women's Insolvency and Restructuring Confederation.
