From 1998 to 2004, Fedwa Bouzoubaa was advisor to Morocco’s telecommunications regulatory agency ANRT in Rabat; in 2005, she worked as an independent legal advisor in Casablanca. She joined Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira’s corporate practice in 2006, from where she went on to lead the project to open the Firm’s Casablanca office in 2007, which she has been managing ever since.
She has solid experience in the telecommunications sector, particularly in public tenders involving prestigious foreign companies investing in Morocco.
She has extensive experience in negotiating with international bodies, such as the World Bank in relation to financing projects, and the World Trade Organization in relation to deregulating multilateral trade relations. She actively participated in negotiating the United States–Morocco Free Trade Agreement.
Currently, she focuses her practice on M&A transactions and investment transactions in Morocco.
