Félix González

Mr. Gonzalez has ample experience in domestic taxation, business restructurings, shareholders agreements, family protocols, and family business planning. He specializes in the food and agriculture sector, and tax inspection proceedings.

He served as state finance inspector in 1982, as chief inspector of the Catalan tax authorities from 1986 to 1993, and from 1996 to 1997, and as director of the State Department of Economy from 1994 to 1996. He is a member of several Spanish delegations to international meetings, such as the International Monetary Fund (IFM), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), and the Economic and Financial Affairs Council (ECOFIN). He has been lecturing at the Universidad de Barcelona and the Universidad de Lleida since 1989. He speaks regularly at seminars and conferences on accounting, economic and tax issues.

He is a member of the Catalan Institute of Economists.
