Fernando Bernad

Mr. Bernad has ample experience in financing transactions, including project finance and infrastructure projects (e.g., motorways, underground lines, hospitals, and desalination plants), and energy projects (e.g., solar thermal plants, photovoltaic plants, biofuel plants, and wind plants) in Spain and other countries; in acquisition finance (e.g., leveraged buyouts LBOs and management buyouts MBOs); in simple and structured real estate transactions (e.g., sale-and-leaseback transactions and project sharing); and in the refinancing of industrial and real estate groups, and of LBOs and MBOs. He also has ample experience in multijurisdictional securitizations.

He is the secretary non-director of entities supervised by the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission and the Banco de España.
