Fernando Javier Triviño

Mr. Triviño has ample experience in representing taxpayers-regarding all types of tax-before the tax inspectorate, and the administrative courts and the courts of justice at all levels (the economic-administrative courts, the high courts of justice, the Central Criminal and Administrative Court, the Supreme Court, the Constitutional Court, and the European Court of Justice).

He specializes in tax proceedings and defending companies' rights against abusive action by the tax authorities. He also has extensive experience in advising on quasi-fiscal matters, and representing individuals in proceedings involving export refunds and other public subsidies.
