Fernando Nafría

Mr. Nafrma has extensive experience in corporate law, specializing in all kinds of corporate transactions, particularly restructurings and M&A.

He negotiates and drafts all kinds of commercial collaboration agreements, and advises Spanish and international companies and groups. He also has ample experience in advising family businesses.

A member of the Barcelona Bar Association, he regularly lectures in his field on courses and at conferences organized by prominent institutions.

He lectures on corporate law at the Higher School of Business Administration or ESADE and at the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
