Wide experience advising on structural transactions, export credit, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings of insurance, finance and credit entities, both nationally and internationally. Advisor to both finance and investment-service entities, submitted to prudential supervision of their daily activity in international financing and structuring transactions.

Lecturer at the IEDE Business School of the Universidad Europea de Madrid and at ICADE (Master in Financial Law). Speaker in the media (relating to financial markets) and at conferences. Co-author of several works on financial institutions.
