Francisco Conde

Mr. Conde has extensive experience of the employment and labor law issues in corporate transactions, insolvency proceedings, restructuring, decentralizing production, outsourcing; collective bargaining; employee handbooks; remuneration schemes and employee fidelity programs; senior management contracts. He also represents companies in contentious matters; specially dismissals and redundancies, harassment and discrimination claims and pension disputes.

The author of several articles and publications on his field of specialty, he speaks at conferences and courses at business schools and forums on different aspects of labor law, particularly on issues related to the impact of new technologies on industrial relations, stock options and other remuneration schemes, and the protection of fundamental rights in industrial relations.
