Francisco Ferrandis

Mr. Ferrandis has ample experience in advising companies from all sectors, particularly financial institutions, on tax matters, having specialized in this area throughout his career. He advises clients on institutional tax matters, on designing investment products, and on tax planning for restructuring processes, mergers and acquisitions. He has also participated in many projects advising clients on the application of innovation-related tax benefits.

He mainly advises Spanish and international industrial companies, banks, savings banks, and investment and asset management companies.

Mr. Ferrandis started his career in 2000 at PricewaterhouseCoopers, spending 2005 at the firm’s office in Washington D.C. In 2006, he joined Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira.
