Francisco Romero

Mr. Romero has ample experience in corporate law. He particularly focuses on company law and bankruptcy law, and has been appointed by the commercial courts of Málaga and Granada as bankruptcy administrator in complex bankruptcy proceedings.

Mr. Romero lectures on corporate law at the Universidad de Málaga, and in the university's Master in Legal Consultancy for Businesses, Master in Legal Practice and Master in Company Viability during Bankruptcy.

He speaks regularly at courses and training seminars for experts in company and bankruptcy matters, organized by the General Council of the Spanish Judiciary; the Antequera, Granada and Málaga Bar Associations; the Málaga Institute of Economists ; the Association of Consultants for Labor Relations and Social Security Law; and the Málaga Regional Association of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

He is a member of the Málaga Bar Association.
