Francisco Gallardo

Mr. Gallardo has been a member of the Corporate and Litigation practices of Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, Olivencia-Ballester since 1998. He has extensive experience in transactions to buy and sell companies, as well as in civil, commercial, and economic-criminal lawsuits.

He also has ample experience in bankruptcy proceedings and corporate disputes, and provides comprehensive legal advice to companies, particularly those in the real estate sector.

Recently, he has led several projects to restructure companies and refinance liabilities, and international projects to acquire and sell assets and shares (e.g., in Chile and Morocco).

He lectures on corporate matters at the Forensics School (Escuela de Práctica Forense) of the Seville Bar Association, in addition to lecturing in the Master in Legal Practice at the Universidad Pablo Olavide and participating in seminars for the Master in Financial Management at ESIC.

He has also given talks at many seminars held by important entities (Cámara de Comercio, Cajasol, Caja Rural del Sur, Canalsur, and ESIC).
