Expert in capital markets and M&A transactions [flotation on the stock exchange and on the alternative stock market (MAB), takeover bids, public offerings for sale or subscription of securities, joint ventures, and M&A], and in advising regulated companies on securities market regulations.

Gerard Correig regularly advises listed companies on corporate governance and commercial issues.

He is legal advisor to the Sociedad Rectora de la Bolsa de Valores de Barcelona, S.A.U. (company managing and organizing the Barcelona stock exchange), and former chairman of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Commission of AIJA (International Association of Young Lawyers).

He worked as a foreign associate in the New York office of an international firm (September 2002 to August 2003).

He took part in the opening of the company's office in Santiago de Chile in 2020 and lived there until 2022.
