Gerard Marata

Mr. Marata specializes in corporate taxation. He has extensive experience in the tax planning of estates, and in advising on corporate and shareholding matters to optimize the tax benefits of family businesses. He also has ample experience in advising large national and international business groups, and on planning the restructuring, buying and selling of companies.

He is a member of the firm's ECOTAX group, a group specializing in the taxation of renewable energies and the environment, whose specialties include the taxation of renewable energies, hydrocarbons, cap and trade for greenhouse gas emissions, waste -storage controls and verification, and air and water pollution.
