Gloria Reig

Ms. Reig has ample experience in advising on senior management issues, particularly contracts, as well as on general labor matters, company restructuring, labor force adjustment plans and equality plans and policies to combine work, family and personal life. She has also advised on the labor aspects of numerous corporate takeovers, mergers and joint ventures.

She has extensive experience in proceedings with the labor and judicial-review courts, and in advising companies on labor matters concerning the Tax and Social Security Inspectorate.

Ms. Reig has participated in several training conferences on directors’ remuneration, the Spanish Gender Equality Act, and other labor matters, organized by associations such as Jornadas Directivas.

She also gives classes on the postgraduate course on women and leadership (Posgrado en Liderazgo Femenino) at the Escola Superior de Comerç i Turisme of the Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
