Héctor Bros

Broad experience in banking and finance. Has provided advice on securitization, structured finance, project finance, corporate and asset financing, financing of public infrastructure projects, derivative transactions, regulatory issues, international and domestic LBOs/ MBOs and venture capital. Regularly assists a number of national and international banks and is regular Spanish contact of several English and US law firms.

He has advised on multiple corporate and project financing operations in Catalonia and for Catalonian companies abroad, operations such as the structuring and assurance of the financing for Metro de Barcelona (infrastructure and rolling stock), several road construction projects, financing of public-private projects for the Generalitat de Catalunya, and renewable energy projects.

Mr. Bros lectures on International Finance in the Bachelor of Laws at Universidad de Navarra, as well as lecturing in the Master in Corporate Finance Law at ESADE and in ISDE’s Master in Business Law.
