Iker Ramón Prior

Mr. Prior works in the labor practice of the firm’s office in San Sebastián.

In the course of his career, he has advised Spanish and foreign clients on negotiating general- and special-regime employment contracts (including senior management and professional sportspeople), developing remuneration structures, collective and individual contract termination and restructuring processes, and complementary social welfare pacts and due-diligence procedures.

He has also been entrusted with administrative sanction proceedings and payment settlements, and the legal supervision of lawsuits before the labor courts.

Before joining Cuatrecasas, Gonçalves Pereira, Mr. Prior worked in the labor practice of the Madrid and Bilbao offices of the law firm Uría Menéndez.

He is a member of the International Pension and Employment Benefits Lawyers Association, lectures regularly at seminars and conferences relating to his area of specialty, and writes articles and contributes to collective works.
